Milou Development was founded by husband and wife team, Dan Miller and Stevie Benanty, to develop unique hospitality concepts in alignment with the communities and ecosystems that they serve.

Currently, Milou Development has aquaculture-hospitality projects on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and The Hamptons in New York, as well as food and beverage concepts in progress in London, United Kingdom. Milouv Development also acts as an advisor to development deals in New York City.

Milou Development co-founder, Dan Miller’s background is in mixed-use, commercial development. His family’s Washington D.C. real estate organization developed over 20 million square feet in its fifty-year history. Dan co-founded and was president of Fundrise, the USA’s first and largest real estate crowdfunding platform. Dan is currently the founder and CEO of Steward, an online lending platform for regenerative agriculture.

The other half of Milou Development, Stevie Benanty, owns a boutique residential real estate company that buys, renovates, and manages properties in London, UK. Her background is in all manners of hospitality and marketing: public relations, entertainment artist management, entertainment artist digital marketing, nightclubs, digital lifestyle platforms, and more.
